FAQ's

Rei (bow) at the door before entering and exiting dojo. Show respect always.

No shoes on the mats. All training must be done barefoot unless in approved footwear.

No jumping on or pushing the bags. Do not hang on ropes or equipment.

No running inside the dojo unless instructed during a drill or warm-up.

Raise your hand to speak. No talking during class unless called on.

Ask permission to leave the mat for bathroom breaks or water.

Do not leave the dojo until your parent or guardian has arrived.

No horseplay or roughhousing. Stay focused and respectful.

Remove all jewelry before class for safety.

Practice good hygiene. Keep your uniform clean and your body odor-free.

Be a good partner. Help others improve and follow instructions.

Arrive on-time and be ready.
